Team
Venndigm LLC is led by Dr. Oommen Thomas, an engineer turned financial economist with a 25-year track record at industry -leading firms like KPMG, Deloitte, and AECOM. His diverse experience spanning engineering, consulting, and executive roles as well as practice and people development leadership positions, allowed him to witness firsthand the challenges that both individuals and businesses face from knowledge and skills gaps.
His academic work as an adjunct faculty in finance and management science at experiential-learning-focused Northeastern University, particularly with non-finance and non-business majors, further shaped his thinking on the contributions that Venndigm could make – and led to the founding of Fin-Knowhow and Project SkillStrong.​
